Returns

You bought it from us, so a return is between you and us — one email, no third party in the middle. Quote your order reference and we will send you the return address the same day.

Changed your mind

The law gives you 14 days from the day your parcel arrives to cancel a distance sale, and another 14 days to send the goods back. We give you 30 days from the day it arrives, which is longer, and applies on exactly the same terms: unused, in its original packaging, and refunded within 14 days of us getting it back or of you showing us it has been posted. Tell us first — the contact page or sales@caravan-decals.com — so the refund can be matched to your order. Return postage on a change of mind is yours to pay.

Wrong, damaged or not as described

That one is on us. Message us with a photograph before you post anything back — nine times out of ten we can send the right one straight away rather than wait for the wrong one to come back. Return postage is refunded.

Made to your specification

A decal printed to wording, sizes or colours you supplied is made for you alone and cannot be resold, so neither the 30-day change-of-mind return nor the statutory 14-day cancellation right applies to it — that exception is written into the Consumer Contracts Regulations for exactly this case. Your rights if it arrives faulty or is not what you ordered are unaffected. We will always send a proof for approval before printing anything custom, and nothing goes on the press until you say yes to it.

Fitting

Vinyl is a one-shot fit: once it is down and the backing is off, it cannot be lifted and re-laid. A decal that has been applied is not returnable, which is why the fitting guide is worth five minutes before you start.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here reduces your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
