Terms

These are the terms you buy on. The order is placed here, the payment is taken here through PayPal, and the contract of sale is between you and us — there is no third-party marketplace in the middle of it.

Prices and availability

The price shown on a product page is the price you pay, in pounds sterling, and postage is added at the basket before you commit to anything. We sell the same stock in more than one place, so an item shown as available may occasionally have gone in the minutes since the page loaded. If that happens after you have paid, we tell you straight away and refund you in full — we will never quietly substitute something else.

Descriptions and photographs

We describe every item as accurately as we can and photograph the actual product wherever possible. Colours on a screen are not colours on a caravan — monitors differ, and a vinyl finish photographs lighter than it looks in daylight. If an exact colour match matters to you, ask us for a sample before you order.

Fitment

Make, model and year references are given to help you find the right part. Manufacturers changed specifications mid-year without announcing it, so a reference is a guide and not a guarantee. Check the measurements on the product page against the part you are replacing, and ask us if anything is unclear — we would far rather answer first than replace afterwards.

Trade marks

Manufacturer names and model names are used only to identify which caravan a part fits. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an agent of any caravan manufacturer, and all trade marks remain the property of their owners.

Ordering and payment

Adding something to the basket is not an order. The order is placed when you finish paying, and the contract is formed when we send you the confirmation email — which is also where your order reference lives, so keep it. Payment is taken by PayPal on PayPal’s own pages, with a card or a PayPal account, whichever you prefer; your card details never reach this site and we never store them. Our delivery and returns pages form part of these terms.

If we cannot fulfil an order — the stock has gone, the address is not one we can post to, or the payment turns out not to have cleared — we will cancel it and refund anything taken, in full, to the account it came from.

Liability

Our responsibility is for the goods we supply. Fitting is done by you, and we cannot accept liability for damage caused by removing an old decal, preparing a panel, or applying a new one — the fitting guide exists to keep that from happening. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited, and none of it affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
